Food and physical exertion, key-factors of health
The best way to a healthy life and a peaceful oldness is the combination between a physical effort and a natural healthy alimentation. The short ways such as esthetical surgery, drugs, cure for reducing weight, liposuction are not indicated.
Sedentariness or lack of physical effort and a bad nutrition lead to obesity, diabetes and serious heart problems etc.
Our problems start because the computer, TV and sofa have replaced the sports fields, parks and balls. The fast-foods took the offensive against children, young people and adults. Latest studies show that at a normal person just 8.4% of fat cells die and are replaced annually. Adipose cell has an average lifetime of about 10 years. Fat cells of obese people have a longer life. Absolute number of fat cells remains constant in adults and lost fat cells are replaced immediately. An adipose cell with a limited amount of stored fat can rapidly absorb or release fatty acids in the body depending on energy needs.
A specific effort and a proper nutrition can make the body’s healthy functioning leading to balance and spiritual harmony.
Through movement we can understand any physical activity in which the effort is according with the metabolism, possibilities and wishes of the person, whether is running, jogging, aerobics, cycling, fitness, bodybuilding, sports games.

The sport events market is characterised by a demand with its specific requirements and an offer intensely pressured by results. This market commercializes a valid, ephemeral product, having not so well defined characteristics and attributes which are instable in a competitive universe. I will try to present a specific diagnosis between demand and offer in
the form of sports entertainment and also the importance between the strategic view of the leaders, of the owners of clubs, the ones who own the sports franchise, and the demand of consumers.

Applying professional management tools in sport: an European priority
Gaining competitive advantages by the running of well-founded measures in terms of management became, in all fields of activity, a condition of permanence and resistance on the market for organizations of all kinds. In such circumstances professional management tools takes multiple meanings, the great challenge coming just from its application in fields
such as social, cultural and ecological ones. Sports make no exception so we decided to reveal some specific management tools and measures which should be adapted and very useful for European organizations in this field. In the same way, a professional management implies an efficiency evaluation and continuous efforts for increasing it. The difficulty of determining the efficiency of the sport activities results in their specificity of being a mix between economic and socio-cultural activities, their effects and efforts being hard to quantify.

Opinions regarding management optimization in sport structures
The concept of management is based on 3 methods: process management, leadership management, and scientific discipline management.
Therefore management is seen as:
 way of control for the systems from a dynamic context, following an efficient and correct functionality from a socio-judicial perspective.
 practical and professional values which have as objecitive the economic efficiency, which entails that a amnager practices an effective leadeship style in this direction – therefore it is complex process that implies professionalism.
The management occupies an important role among sciences, based on principles, concepts, and fitting theories, that have as purpose the transition from theory to practice throgh an efficient action. It is the process of organizational objectives attainment, being executed through people and other organizational resources, as intermediaries.

The general profile of a basketball player
General driving abilities are in fact the general abilities of sportsmen to easily approach a complex physical effort that puts pressure on the respective players. The learning ability is the easy way in which the sportsman learns the technical-tactical procedures and gets used to various theoretical and tactical issues, finally obtaining a good value rating within his team. In basketball, there are a lot of skills involved in playing the game, the term “skill” being very general. The motrical skills of the basketball player are usually a mix of 2-3 attributes, because of the mixed effort: aerobic-anaerobic, lactacid and non-lactacid, present in various moments of the game.
