The influence of the efficacy of actions in numerical equality in positional game in handball on the final score
This research aims to find statistical indices which can be used to discriminate between the
condition of winner or loser in a high level male handball match. The sample is made up of
20 matches played in maximum level competitions (World and European Championships).
Three attack and three defense efficacy coefficients were analyzed and contrast processes
of a two-sample test for binomial proportions were applied to these values. The research
results show that all the efficacy coefficients proposed, both attack and defense, are useful
for discriminating between the winner and loser in a high level male handball match,
highlighting the importance of situations in numerical equality in the final result of the
match.

Physical exertion, “natural medicine” against stress and depression
The present research try to bare the way in which the development of the maximum force,
for the principals muscular groups of the inferior member concerned into specific effort of
the handball game, manages to influence the development of the détente.
In the same time, by our approach, we try to propose a method to develop the détente based
on a combination of more methods of development of the maximum force and explosive
force.

problems. I proposed an physical exercises program suported by musical accompaniment,
rhythm and tempo is particularly appropriate dynamics incluse. In this exercise program I
included stretching exercises, development of physical key skills and driving habits, the

Study regarding student self-evaluation capacity by comparison to the contents of practical swimming classes
In this paper we underline the importance of the specific skills of the swimming which
requires more attention for learning from the students. For this, we created a questionnaire
that helped us to see how the students evaluated themselves. This evaluation was applied
after the swimming practical lessons.
Finally, we observe that their responses were influenced by their subjectivism, the positive
or negative transfer of the skills and their capacity of understanding.

The three „C”-s of goalkeeping
From a psychological point of view, the goalkeeper occupies what is arguably the most
difficult of team positions. Although each member of the team must accept responsibility for
any physical and mental errors commited during the game, mistakes by the keeper are
generally punished immediately and more severely than those of field players. It is not a
position for the faint of heart or weak of spirit. To win the mental game, every keeper must
master the three „C”-s of goalkeeping : courage, concentration and confidence.

General traits regarding motivation in high-performance sport
In professional sports, motivation plays a key part as it is the foundation of continuity in
athletic training and of achieving this continuity within parameters as close to optimum as
possible. Professional sports motivation must be regarded from multiple viewpoints: the
athlete’s, their professional entourage (trainers, doctor, psychologist, manager etc) and
their social entourage (family, friends, etc).
The range of human behaviour motivation may be described as follows: need, impulse,
desire, intention, purpose, tendency, skill, expectation, aspiration, ideal.

Technical training in high-performance sport
Forming of skills and mode of a specific test or sport branch goes through more phases
such as: 1. useless moves phase; 2. tensioned moves phase; 3. installation of dynamic
stereotype; 4. sports mastering phase-which leads, in the case of some sportsmen, to the
creation of a personal style. Duration for achieving of a correct technical habit depends
on: bio-psich-motrical qualities, focusing capacity, analysis and synthetic NCS, mobility of
nervous processes, available material conditions, learning allocated time etc.
The most frequently encountered methods of forming of technical habits in beginners and
junior athletes are: repetition method, game method, aplicational laps method, relay race
method. In the process of learning of a technical element, the following rules are to be
considered: learning in stages, global approach, exercising in eased conditions, exercising
at reduced speed, simplified rules, learning materials adapted to age group, exercising with
passive team partners etc.
There are many limitative factors in forming of a technical habit: wrong training method,
insisting too much on a single technical element, no parallel development of motric
capacities, teacher’s explanations that are not brought to the students level etc. An
important part in forming of technical skills and habits is played by the variety of means
used, effort coordinates, volume, intensity and complexity.

The miraculous effects of positive thinking
At a carefully look it can be observed that the world in which we are living takes the shape
of states and emotions which we express, creating our innermost universe. The universe in
which we live, we proceed includes our experiences, our secrets and it is formed by our
thoughts. The quality of our destiny, the state of health or the period of happiness is the
consequence of our character. The character is formed from: customs, reflexes, tendencies
and those are resulting from the content of our thoughts. The stress, agitation, anxiety at a
deeply examination are not only the result of chaotic thinking. That is about how we are, so
it is the universe we are living in, how we are thinking so it is the perception of our
existence. About this an old Chinese proverb says: You are what you think.
We must believe that we can surpass our limits which by the way I believe we are drawing.
We all know how different we are. But indifferently of the cultural similarities and
differences, education, environment, positive thinking is a key element of the success in life
in any domain. An optimist person passing through a failure would consider always that
the situation can be changed so that next time will succeed but the pessimist is accusing
himself for failure, attributing himself some features that can not be changed and he feels
totally helpless.
The human becomes what he thinks. How his thoughts are his life will be.
In conclusion we must be always careful at what we think, because all goes out from our
mind comes back. Any thought that we emit is like a boomerang. If we hate somebody the
hate comes back to us, if we love we will receive back love.

Recovering gonarthrosis patients by using physical-kinetic methods
This work includes information easily accessible and clearly structured, on arthrosis,
extremely common disease with important socioeconomic consequences. Speaking of
arthrosis in general we can say that this is the most common joint disease and
asymptomatic since it begins the second or third decade of life. Further it develops
continuously and if the joint is not always neat, instead, it is very overburdened. At some
point become symptomatic osteoarthritis, occurring pain and all other signs and specific
symptoms of complex component arthrosis.
Gonartroza called and knee arthrosis is a degenerative process, a process of degradation
taking place in the knee joint.
Despite progress achieved in recent years throughout the clinical, epidemiological and
therapeutic arthritis unfortunately we were not revealed all its secrets. Many mysteries
remain regarding knowledge of the natural history of disease and determine its causes
multifactorial and still poorly known.
