Milestone aspects and insertions regarding quantitive and qualitive components of tennis
In the science of sports training, the two categories and philosophical dictionary, have two corresponding concepts: volume and intensity. Volume effort of playing tennis is determined by the total time of play. Intensity exercise. Qualitative side of effort is given by intensity, which is the result of reporting the work done per unit time. The effort of playing tennis is a composite effort, meaning an aerobic-anaerobic exercise interspersed with phases, which produce an apparent steady state (ergostage). According to experts, from a biological perspective, the intensity of effort in the game of tennis is characterized by alternating the phase of the sub-maximal to maximal efforts. The investigations made that,
on average, for 1 minute of the game is effectively 3-5 min. rest, while partial recovery sufiecient oxygen debt. Our records show that one lesson of 100-200 shots in training runs different speed regimes and placement in the space game.

Today the beneficial effects of the metrical activities towards the quality of life are well known. One of the most loved activities is water activity. It can be practised in different ways: swimming, aquagym, hidrokinethoterapy, and others. Because of the positive effects which the water activity has towards quality of life are many, we will show a part of them. Working out in a 3 days a week schedule for students
The article is focus mainly on the students (male and female) first set foot into a gym. Looking around at all the equipment and buff bodies moving weight in every imaginable direction, it's admirable that they don't exit out the back door never to return! Weight training doesn't have to be intimidating, in fact students should feel the weights calling them to work out, each time they enter into gym. For those of them who are new to weight training, either for those ones who would like a change to theyr routine, I would recomend a program that became classical in time. This weight training program is exactly
what most ot the students started with and it enabled them to start training safely and familiarize themself with the gym as a welcoming place.

New and diverse aspects in fitness for all
Fitness represents an infinite range of physical and mental activities which if practiced lead to reaching an optimum life quality. It is not a training program to be executed 2-3 times a week, but a way of life reachable to anyone. Fitness is a combination and a cooperation of force – resistance – endurance – coordination – flexibility – speed that together form the basic nucleus of sport, of any type, imposed for us as a necessity, while also a benefit since it leads to reaching the culmination of the physical shape. The levels of fitness vary according to the objectives of each age group, but also according to the degree of training gained. For a sedentary young person, fitness means the capacity to face the effort imposed by the scholar activity and the social life characteristic to the age; in case of a sportsman, reaching a high sport performance adds up to all these. For a young adult, fitness means the capacity of finalizing a working day or an entire week, involving regular physical activity; for the elderly fitness means the ability to run daily activities, on their own, and passing easier over illnesses, more frequent at their age.

The relationship between evolution stages and swimming high-performance
Recruiting is not an easy process, even though it acts like a condensation of a very complex and dynamnic system, bringing toghether a number of features, specific parameters and information of different nature. The recruiting process is versatile / multilateral, identified with the real system desired to be achieved (detection of children who will get sport
performance at the highest level). Recruiting is presented as an organized, hierarchical and repeated systematic process, which aims discovery of children with specific abilities for swimming, based on rigorous scientific structure, build on a system of predispositions (somatic, functional, motor, mental etc.).

The relationship between evolution stages and swimming high-performance
Basketball is a sport that requires a lot of basic physical qualities of the individual qualities that overlap each other, making a complex game. Basketball effort is maximum intensity, alternating with short periods of sub-maximal effort. Basic physical qualities are: skill, speed and strength-speed. These qualities combine in the game, so that the first plan is
speed skill, speed and skill under the resistance`s force. A basketball player must have skill, speed system, based on strength of both the scapular girdle muscles and lower body muscle. Quality of physical force is used increasingly more
in sports and basketball take place under the speed of force (for shooting and the combative defense). Mental qualities are also in the forefront: intelligence, creativity, spontaneity, responsiveness and performance, emotional stability, distributive attention, capacity for analysis and rapid decision.

Basketball training contents and objectives in students’ physical education classes
Within the training theory the capacity of performance concept rises as a result of the sports performance specialist’s interest in singling out the defining elements that constitute the basis of a sports result. The aforementioned notion is composed by combining of two terms:”capacity“ and “performance”. For each one of them there are numerous definitions, depending on the specialist’s field. What links those definitions is the sports performance that is realized thanks to some quality as well as quantity accumulations in the bio-psychometric plan of the individual. From my personal point of view, the performance capacity defines the motor skills performance that an individual demonstrates after an evaluation / competition and it represents the result of interaction of the internal factors (hereditary) with the external
factors (environment).

Descriptive statistics for specific positions at ASOBAL handball league
The aim of this study is to provide statistical information in the performance of players according to specific positions, at offensive level at the ASOBAL league 2008-2009. The sample consists of 192 players in the ASOBAL league 2008 -2009, of which 27 are left wing (LW), 38 left back (LB), 35 centre back (CE), 25 right back (RB), 30 right wing (RW) and 37 pivots (PI). Offensive actions were taken recorded in official statistics of the 240 games that season and a descriptive statistical study of them was made. Because of these data is clearly seen how the first line is the one which makes the most 9-meter shots, the most assists, technical fouls, regulation fouls and lost balls. Meanwhile, the wings stress in fastbreak goals and pivots in 6-meter actions. On the other hand, wings and backs score the most goals in the most remote areas of the goal for them, while the centre back and back choose to make more shots to the right of the goal.

Managing and improving health by using reflex-therapy (sole massage)
Reflexology or Zone Therapy, as named by dr. W. Fitzgerald, is about studying the way a part of the body reflects or is connected to another one. Reflexotherapy is a holistic therapy based on reflexology, used for enhancing and maintaining
health, also usable as a tool for an individual’s health and personality analysis. Reflexotherapy is based on the presence of ten energetic zones in the body. These are longitudinal, lying from the base of the body – from the legs – until the top of the head. The purpose of reflexotherapy is to correct the 3 negative factors involved in the disease
process:
- congestion is responsible of the appearance of tumors,
- inflamation, such as colitis, bronchitis or sinusitis,
- tension responsible of the decrease of our imunity system’s efficiency.
Any functional disorder leads to deposits of uric acid, oxalic acid, metabolism wastes, migrated calcium „crystals” in our terminus points situated on the base of the legs. By crashing these granular „crystals” we enhance the activity of the organs, both from a physiological point of view – by stimulating the local blood circulation - as well as from an energetical point of view – by eliminating the jams and energetic rebalancing. In order to have a generally good condition we must pay attention to the fundamental needs of our own body – relaxing, sleeping, eating quality food, physical effort – and also to
change our attitude towards the factors that create stress. It would be ideal to make enaugh time for recreation activities, to have a part of the week booked just for us, for relaxing, reading, swimming, etc. A part of the routine conduct regarding stress can include one relaxation session using reflexotherapy; one monthly session can be enaugh for most of the people in order to maintain a good health condition.

The possibility of product testing through technical sponsorship in professional road- cycling
Professional road cycling teams need sponsors in order to develop. The „classic” type of sponsoring implies helping sport teams with financial ressources in exchange of advertising and promotional rights related to the sports club. Though, there is also a material form of sponsoring, in which the sponsor offers not money, but tangible goods, in exchange of the reminded rights. In road cycling, one of the goods that makes the object of exchange are the byciclies. Manufacturers sponsor cycling teams by offering them the needed bycicles, receiving in exchange advertising rights. This paper studies the case of the technical sponsoring between the bycicles manufacturer Cervélo and Team CSC.
