Proposed operating motor-action oriented multilateral
It is now common knowledge among coaches, managers or enthusiasts that the basis for the development of sporting success in training are created during the developmental period, despite this knowledge, unfortunately, are still mistakes and horrors (like the creation of conditions and / or 'early exit from the sport (burnout). Paradoxically, those who train children and adolescents do not have a specific training (in Italy) for this task and they most often have little knowledge of physiology, development, and teaching methodologies necessary to enable a positive effect on the harmonious
development of 'human being and to avoid excessive stress, which would cause distortions to the structure morpho-functional and the psychological sphere. The key objectives of this study are:
1) illustrate the concept of developmental age in its totality (anatonomophysiological and psychology);
2) highlight (through methodological strategies-teaching), the particularity of the motor, with an emphasis on oriented principles of multilateralism, as fundamental for the integral development of the subject.

The human characteristics and laws of movement
Human motion is the result of the biological unit is the human body and environment are developed and ontogenetic unity which is the product of mutual harmony between cell components and intercellular formations. All morphophysiological constants (homeostasis) which makes the normal functioning of the body is very dynamic expression in motion, the inter-relationship ecotrope (with the external environment) and ideotrope (internal environment). From this perspective human motion appears as a categorical unit effective as a result of the correlation functional, inclusive and integrated environment. Any changes in a subsystem of a component of movement is reflected negatively on the whole structure and
its implication on other components.

Boosting sport performance at the basketball college team of “Politehnica Bucuresti”
The purpose of this paper is increasing the sporting performance through enhancing the efficiency index of basketball team members as well as the team. The evaluation is an essential part of the educational program, because it is a scientifically enterprise able to let us determine the level of the previously set objectives were achieved or not in this program, and if the decisions taken were justified or not. Because all concerns lead to streamlining sport training, the evaluation of the effects of the training gets a special importance, as well as the other steps of designing, programming
and development of activities. Thereby, without ignoring the need of knowing exactly the players performances, the
evaluation has the role of orienting the instructing program and sustaining its systematic adjustment, to guide and stimulate the learning process, making both of them more efficient. Calculating the efficiency index of the players and team made the index grow significantly, and the final results, by the number of games won led to better places in the top of National College Championships.

The “S.M.A.R.T” project – making easier european integration through advertising and handball development as a sport
Based on the experience from the period 1994 – 2001, the EHF has tried to reconsider the concept of the EHF Development Project and to set-up a clear structure and procedure for evaluating, deciding – upon and handling the requests made by the EHF Member Federations. The development project started in 1994 and followed the evolution of the ‘handball life & society’ in Europe very closely. The initial Development Concept has been offered to EHF Member Federations as a service to improve the development of handball on a national level by following the form of traditional requests addressed to the EHF: an ordinary support consisting in handball material: (balls, goals), methodical material (CD,
videos, brochures, articles etc.); lecturers; office material. As of 2001 the EHF wanted to make an amendment to this philosophy by clearly emphasizing that all projects initiated and led by EHF or submitted to EHF should be S.M.A.R.T.:
 Specific and clear.
 Milestones/measure points are well-defined (‘if we have the money, we can...’).
 Accepted by all parties involved.
 Realistic.
 Time limited (long term/medium and short term).

Football players trading as an instrument for increasing revenue of a football club. Case study: Olympique Lyonnais, 2007-2011
The paper aims to present a tool which is used by professional football clubs in order to raise their incomes: footballer trading. If, for many years, ticketing and sponsoring were the main income sources for a football club, in the last couple of decades, footballer trading has earned a more and more important contribution to the building of the clubs’ budgets. Footballer trading is based on the buying and selling of footballers and on the surpluses which follow these transactions. How footballer trading exactly works can be read in the paper. For a better understanding and for the exemplification of the principle, the case of the French club Olympique Lyonnais was chosen.
