Kayak trials effort dynamics and its modification in the training process
This paper purpose is to identify the main objective dimensions of effort dynamics (volume,
intensity, complexity, density, hardness) and their programming conscious during training
cycles to achieve a fit and maximum performance capacity growth.
Dynamic monitoring effort during training cycles to achieve a fit and maximum
performance continued growth in capacity. We conclude that the evolution of performance
plays a major effort dynamics. The novelty, the originality of the thesis is at the level of
applied research, just implement the principles of programming and control of kayak
sportsman’ performance training and prove the effectiveness of this approach, the purpose
of impact on the effort and default parameters on the growth dynamics of sport
performance.

Reasons for preliminary research as a bridge between theoretical and experimental research
The applied technology in the research has been implemented at the National Tennis
Federation. To argue the necessity of preliminary scientific research related to
fundamental and experimental research we will be presenting data from the literature.
Fundamental research of human curiosity epistemica leads to a better understanding of
reality, its results discover what is essential in the direction of the field, providing
assumptions for scientific activities. The theme chosen by nature can be said that this has
an interdisciplinary orientation of writing research scientist interdisciplinary context.
There was the option to try an overtaking the limits, in order to achieve a broader vision of
reality. Approach to the sociological investigation of the preliminary research we
determine to say that we have done a first type of descriptive research by conducting
surveys, observations, questionnaires elaborated in particular for motivating the players in
practicing tennis and their penetration in the category „the great performances”.

The socio-sporting gain and importance of practicing aerobic gymnastics and fitness for student education and esthetics
Physical activity, in our case Aerobics and Fitness, is a form of social and professional
integration of youth, by the formative function of perception and intellectualization of the
motric act. We can highlight the importance of self-regulation physical behavior, not only
in lessons but also beyond it, in life, in order to maintain health and ensure the ability to
work, a high quality of life.

Contributions to technique, precision and pass effectiveness evaluation in prepping a junior female basketball team
In the theory and practice of training and competition activities, an important role in the
effectiveness of the attack phase is played by the passing procedures. Knowing, from
previous records the significant negative involvement of the number of passes sent outside
the field in the result of the official games and, with double negative reference the number
of intercepted passes, I have designed an experimental research during the training of the
junior team of C.S.S. No. 2 Bucharest between September – December 2011. The research
purpose was to validate the hypothesis that participatory involvement motivationally
acknowledged of the players for the repetition of a number of exercises in a standardized
manner, will be objectified by results which will demonstrate the level of development of the
technique, speed and effectiveness of executing the passing procedures. With this purpose,
the junior team was divided into two groups, each with three pairs, with permanent
structure, which went through an initial and a final check with a system made of tests and 5
learning games for testing during each check phase. The outcomes revealed significant
improvements in the execution of the passing procedures in the structure of specific
exercises and test games, fulfilling the purpose and validating the research hypothesis.

The movement cuture influence exerted by mass-media on the adult population
The research hypothesis wants to check whether a person can be influenced to change their
behavior and conduct daily movement by watching motivational posters displayed in
classrooms, by receiving daily e-mails and SMS’s tax free from freesms.com or WhatsApp
application for smartphones, whose message was to make small changes in their lives such
as using stairs instead of the elevator, riding a bike or going on foot to high school,
weekend Cleaning tools in house, dancing etc.
Adults will eventually change behavior to follow a certain behavior if they are
"remembered" this constantly. Messages must include with the message you want to send a
picture. Media that are exposed to messages must be as varied. The experiment shows that
more than 20% of adults from a group can be influenced to change their life style
regarding physical activities, just by being exposed to a message in this direction.

Sport management system
The process of instructing the sportsmen has always been a complex and thorough activity,
that requests profundity, professional sensitivity and bonding.
The main characters in this process are played by managers, coaches, trainers, methodists,
psychologists, sociologists, technicians who establish and hand over theoretical knowledge,
building abilities for the sportsmen.
In this way is being created the environment for instructing and highlighting the physical,
technical, tactical and psychic potential of the participants in competitions.
The preparation process of the sportsmen is more and more headed towards the integral
and deep internalization of the instructive components, based on the interconnections
between the elements of the modern sporting training.

From fitness magazines to tv commercials it’s an every day information bombing about
diets. The latest always say that "this popular diet doesn't work, but ours will" or it’s
showed a photoshoped before and after picture. And although the term diet automatically
gets us thinking of people who need to lose weight, it’s definition says: "the food or drink
prescribed to a person for a special reason". So for those who play sports or have goals in
fitness, having the proper diet is important as well.

A study regarding the creation of a training schedule for women basketball teams from unspecialized universities
Developing a training program for female basketball teams that represent universities is
required, to achieve a higher level of training and thus raising female University
Championship.
To get the value in university basketball is important to verify that training concepts must
consider choosing the most effective means of training by simultaneously addressing all
components of training, focusing on capacity development opportunities and athletes.

Applying professional management tools in sport: an european priority
Gaining competitive advantages by the running of well-founded measures in terms of
management became, in all fields of activity, a condition of permanence and resistance on
the market for organizations of all kinds. In such circumstances professional management
tools takes multiple meanings, the great challenge coming just from its application in fields
such as social, cultural and ecological ones. Sports make no exception so we decided to
reveal some specific management tools and measures which should be adapted and very
useful for European organizations in this field. In the same way, a professional
management implies an efficiency evaluation and continuous efforts for increasing it. The
difficulty of determining the efficiency of the sport activities results in their specificity of
being a mix between economic and socio-cultural activities, their effects and efforts being
hard to quantify.

Ways of action and the evolution of swimming performance
This research seeks to express a methodological point of view on the processing qualities
motive swimmers. Tags of the motor qualities develops in ontogenesis, to a certain age, and
then begin to decrease at a rate many different variables.
Group, composed of 38 athletes, which was the subject of our research consisted of
swimmers Sports Club Junior High School Emil Racovita - Steaua Bucharest. To validate
the hypothesis of the studyTests carried out revealed the extent to which specific means and
methods have influenced the preparation of group swimmers creating significant statistical
differences between the two groups.

Student teamwork development by using physical education methods
A team is different than a group because each member has a certain position with specific
tasks. In physical education classes a team sport is an opportunity to develop the student’s
team work capacity. Team work has positive results when the physical skills are completed
with knowledge.
The team spirit is a form of motivation which is sustaining efforts more intensive and
longer than spending energy in personal benefit. Building a team is a long term process.
The teacher’s (coach) attitude and his leading style have an important influence upon
developing interpersonal and communication relationship between team members. In this
process the personal level is deeply interconnected with the collective one.
Management offers some solution of team building which are applicable in physical
education classes in higher education.

Methods’ objectiveness regarding developing basic movement skills in college football
Specific driving quality of modern football refers to combinations of motor qualities and
special features. Thus, speed is characteristic of short sprints, running and strength refers
to effort interspersed with pauses longer than the duration of running, strength is showing
the ball hitting, explosive strength refers to the expansion, acceleration refers to the
starting place. Coordination in modern football has many manifestation and its effects are:
precision strikes, dribbling, and forms related to physical characteristic such as spatial
orientation, speed reaction and unconscious motor decision.
