Aspects of the unity method concept regarding training and practicing ice hockey
Abstract
The unitary method is a framework by which all coaches of ice hockey should conduct all practical and theoretical work. The perseverance and exigence of the application of such a concept of training should determine the game of all our
teams to improve at all levels. The need for accurate methodical orientation and preparation of young technical staff according to current process of training with new and varied knowledge is very important. All factors were tested equally and deeply, following the achievment of a methodical unit of learning and perfecting the game.

Football game system organization and the competition system both nationally and internationally
Abstract
The organization of the administration of football is based on a pyramid system of regulations, with FIFA the world governing body, UEFA the European governing body and national football associations the governing bodies at domestic level. UEFA is a representative democracy, comprised of 53 national football associations, and is itself recognized by FIFA as one of six continental federations. The Romanian Football Federation is ruled by the General Essembly, underneath
of it the Executive Committee, the President of the Federation and the General Secretary and the General Manager of the Federation.

Communication and relationship in physical education
Abstract
Teaching is first of all a communication process which in the emotional involvement can be different. The teacher’s self awareness of the own attitudes and the empathy for the students emotional disclosure are fine and rare pedagogical
qualities. A research about 7400 Romanian students reveals that the main communication problem is that the adults (parents and teachers) are not listening them and are not interested in the young’s opinions.

The use of respiratory techniques and skills in developing performance capacity

This essay has two parts: The first part presents an investigation through a set of questions. Its aim is to make evident how different sports use respiratory techniques and skills. The second part shows the way the different techniques and respiratory skills could be used in different sports before the training or the competition, during these practices and in the acceleration of the recovery after an effort in order to improve the performance capacity.

Human resources’ evaluation in sports organizations
Abstract
Within sport organisations, the most important resourses can be considered the human resourses. Evaluation of the entire organisation’s staff can be important in planing future objectives, considering that the performance of the organisation are the result of manager abilities and their professional training. Folowing statistic data from sport performances, we can observ a negativ evolution of results in team sports; the featured study has constant character, but at the same time it is also trying to find an easier way to evaluate the efficiency of coaches involved in obtaining sport’s results, considering that the coaches are most important in achieving the objectives planned by the top managers from the sport’s organization.

The enhancement of volleyball skills’ use capacity
Abstract
The paper represents some contributions about volleyball first step on the school team. Starting with the observation that all children wants to participate in game as soon as is possible it is necessary to find the best approach to speed up the
specific learning. We elaborated a learning line taking into consideration the global approach of the volleyball phases as the game model imposes. The results underline the efficiency of this approach and the possibility to ameliorate the education process.

Role and implications of aerobics in bodybuilding training
Abstract
Years before, aerobic exercises holded the attention of athletes because its effect as a fat burner. Today most of the bodybuilders are including this aerobic compound in their practice schedule, in order to get compensation to the hipercaloric diet they have, but also to combine an anabolic stady along a visible striation of muscles. Beside of this, the researches show some other important conclusions about this type of effort: it helps the heart and vascular sistem to work more efficient, it’s incresing the total amount of blood’s HDL lipoprotein, is adjusting the blood pressure to work to the properly parameter, is decreasing the heart rate while rest, and it’s decreasing the fat of body. Due to all of this it’s quit clear that this type of practice became a must in schedule of any bodybuilder athleete, helping to get the right balance between a big muscular mass and a visible striation of fibres.

Microcycle represent the smallest structure from the preparation process, which consist of a set of lessons, which in correlation with the rest days, it is an independent fragment of this process. The number of lessons from a microcycle varies with the specific of each sportive discipline, from 2 – 4 days till 2 weeks. No matter of its duration, the structure of an microcycle depends of the raport between effort, fatigue and rest.

Young women and men physical development comparative analysis – 4th and 6th grade
Abstract
Going to school represents the gradual detachment from childhood and a breakthrough in the cultural environment that is characterized by an authentic infusion of reality which will reshape the child's entire activity and all together his
whole image on the world and himself. The first school age is the period between 6/7-10/11 years old, being also called
the adult childhood or the infantile maturity. The pupil will gain certain somaticphysiological, psychological and movement characteristics. Their rhythm of growth enhances, their nervous system and the muscular and bone system undergo rapid progress, and the growth process is slower with boys in comparison with girls. There is also a development of the sensory, intellectual and feedback system. On the sensory level, the learning of reading and writing enhances the sensations, the perceptions and the representations. The senses are developing: the capacity to appreciate time and placing oneself in real time. From intellectual point of view, the processes involved are the memory, language, thinking, imagination and on the feedback level: attention, will and emotional life. The main activity in childhood is learning and the nurture factors are multiple. Puberty, or the period between 10/11-14/15 years old is the stage of juvenile crisis when there is a development of the sensibility, the evolution of the intellect and the achievement of new abilities. The memory undergoes different shapes, the language becomes very complex and the affective is volcanic. All these transformations lead to stabilization and finalization of the structures of the personality.

The games in which the movement role is clearly expressed, are conventionally named “movement games”. The movement game is a complex concept, multidimensional and consists of the fundamental preoccupation, which offers the privilege of displaying and putting forth the personality. Les violences sportives et leurs jeunes auteurs: tout le monde ne «joue» pas le «même jeu» (II)
Résumé
L’expression «violences sportives» désigne les actes agressifs (verbaux et physiques) commis lors des compétitions hormis ceux qui relèvent uniquement de la normativité sportive. Sont donc exclus ici les faits, parfois violents, qui n’appellent pas d’autres sanctions que celles liées aux réglementations fédérales (des tacles, des tirages de maillots, des obstructions, des provocations, des jeux belliqueux…). Je voudrais ici analyser des déviances produites dans deux cadres distincts: celui du football amateur et celui des gradins qu’occupent les groupes de supporters autonomes. Je soutiens que la compréhension de la jeunesse, impliquée dans le sport mais pas seulement, s’affine si on considère plusieurs économies de cadres. Pourquoi en serait-il autrement sachant qu’une variation des échelles de contextes produit les mêmes effets?
