Aspects regarding CSA Steaua rugby team training
Research aimed at raising performance components of rugby players to CSA Steaua. Were
32 athletes, 18 players and 14 players, 3 quarters predecessors. Initial tests were
conducted, the interim and final evaluation and correlation athletes training programs.
Preparation was done in stages but the club centralized through collective and individual
programs that have been linked to the strategy team. The research hypothesis is confirmed,
no doubt, from the results of the team: first place at the Rugby 7 Championship, second
place at the Rugby XV Championship, second place at the Romanian Cup. In the
preparation of senior rugby player physical component, modeled according to the
requirements of the game, has a higher weight than the technical-tactical component.
Managing individual ameliorative programs to prepare players driving ability caused
potentiation, a phenomenon underscored by the results obtained.

Zumba- an uprising sport with millions of followers
In the mid-‘90s Alberto Beto Perez darted off to teach an aerobics class and forgot his
traditional aerobics music. He improvised using his own mix of music from tapes he had in
his backpack (salsa and merengue music he grew up with). Spontaneously, he created a
new kind of dance-fitness, one that focused on letting the music move you (instead of
counting reps over the music). Everybody in the class couldt feel the energy and good,
positive feeling. And on that day, a revolutionary new fitness concept was born – the
Zumba Fitness-Party. In 2010, Zumba got a big succes by being the first branded fitness
program.

Motivation, confiance en soi et course a pied
In the french comumity from Belgium, from several years, there are a lot of clubs which
propose programs of jogging.
Since the beginning of 2008, the program "I run for my form" rallied a large number of
Belgian towns and villages to its cause. The principle of this type of program is as follows:
adult groups are forming throughout the territory of Wallonia (region in Belgium) and
Brussels (the capital). These groups are under the direction of a coach to allow as many
people discover the pleasures and benefits that running provides.

Osservazioni empirici nel lavoro della danza sportiva
The purpose of this research is to highlight how the dance sport (as well as in all sports in
general) does not give much attention in the years prior in childhood. We have observed
the work of three groups at the national level (dance schools) in central Italy for a week.
The girls have an age between 13-15 years, very experienced. In all three schools, we have
observed (as suggested) a great job of prevention in relation to injuries typical of the dance
that is evident at the spine and ankle joint. As hypothesized, there is a lot of attention to
technique and thus perfect implementation of the movement, without considering the
preventive work in those anatomical very stressed. Our work is therefore aimed at declared
a sport where the preventive activity in childhood is overshadowed, as compared to the
technical work, without considering the psychophysical characteristics of female athletes in
children, causes of early exit from the sport for obvious trauma.

Aspects regarding loss of fat tissue
If muscular mass decreases, the body's ability to consume calories is reduced and thus the
person becomes more prone to fattening.
The mere use of low-calorie diets lead to a reduction in metabolic rate, which is manifested
by loss of muscular mass, while exercise counteract this phenomenon, reducing the
catabolism of structural proteins and inducing metabolic use of lipids as substrate.
The main mechanism by which exercise helps weight loss is not fat as raw material
consumption of energy but that it creates caloric deficit. To lose 1 kg of fat should be made
a deficit of 7,000 kcal. The deficit may be achieved by reducing the amount of food, or
making more effort, or both.

Injuries in handball
By its rules, the game of handball, allow body contact between players. As development of
this sport, contact between players has become harder. Therefore, we tried to take
measures regarding the game rules to limit violence during the game. However, there are
still situations that cause injuries of players.
As we shall see below, not only violent contact between the players occured the injuries
during games or training. Since 1982, various investigations were made to allowed us to
know the risk factors and to have a statistical injury occurred.

Management approaches in sports’ organizations- communication
At the based of coordination in an organization is communication, a process with a
particularly large impact on functionality and its evolution.
The purpose of communication is to transmit to a certain caller some information about
some facts, intentions, feelings, and on this basis to influence it’s decisions and actions.
A communication without the necessary information to get in a complete form or time can
cause major flaws in the coordination of the organization. The coordination is a function of
management that follows the forecasts and organization.
The coordination aims to harmonize decisions, activities and resource allocation so that no
duplication or, on the contrary, areas to be neglected.
A proper coordination ensures an efficient and effective use of the resources available to a
manager, offering participants the opportunity to manifest their initiatives in a wellestablished
manner, in the organization's activities.

Illegal substances side-effects in sports
Muscle strenght and size play an important role in the performance of some sports;
building muscle takes time and each person`s body develops differently. Many athletes look
for an easier way to build bigger muscle, to improve their performances using anabolic
steroids, but the lack of knowledge and educational information represent a real danger not
only for their health, but for their lives too.

Instructional design in fitness and bodybuilding
Working out schedule of fitness is usually based on a 5 swap elements platform : selection
of exercises, exercises sequence, training intensity, training volume, rest interval. Acording
to general theory of fitness there is not existing any universal recipe of muscular
development, but an individual one can be set. This is based on the principle that every
person is unique by genetic elements, so achievments might come along a personal working
out schedule background.

Coach tasking and responsibility in basketball
Within the sport domain, the coach is the socio-professional category, responsible for
selection, initiation, preparation and perfecting of sportsmen capacity on performance
across various sport areas.
The coach represents the linkage between the sportsman and the practiced sport. Only
through him the training system may be part of the performance progress. This aspect
highlights the fact that the pedagogical responsibility of the coach has a bigger importance
than the technical - motion training.

Romanian biathlon at the Olympics
Winter biathlon can be considered one of the oldest human activities; it having its origins
in hunting on skis, which is lost in the mists of distant history. Ski military units and their
actions are reported more frequently early in the second millennium BC in northern
regions.
As an olympic sport, biathlon has been accepted at the 50th Session of the IOC in Paris, in
1955, following the proposal of the Austrian federation of professional and featured in the
program at Squaw Valley in 1960, where for the first time 30 athletes from nine countries
were played and the Olympic title in the sample of 20 km. It is replacing the military patrol
race demonstration.

Model and value in present day sports
The benefits of physical exercises upon the body are indubitable, but beside this practicing
a sport contributes to build a moral values system. A sport-man definition indicate a person
who exhibits qualities highly regarded in sport, such as fairness, generosity, observance of
the rules, and good humor when losing. Unfortunately the simple observation of the sport
places, and what is happening on and around them, is enough to demonstrate the contrary.
Under the mass media influence sport evolved in a sensational show, and the marketing
transformed the joy of participation in a challenge of limits. Fair play is no more of present
interes in the professional sport, but it must be promoted in the amateur sport and even
more in school’s and university’s competitions and sports events.

The role and place of the teacher of physical education and sport in the contemporary Romanian educational system
The credo of the physical education teacher is the grow of generations of healthy students,
socially integrated, used with the practice of physical exercise during their free time,
capable to develop efficient activities within the school and outside it. The notion of role is
strongly connected with the one of statute, because persons develop between them

The influence of illegal enhancers’ use over sponsors-cycling teams relationship
The help from sponsors is an important issue for the stability of professional cycling teams.
An important share of a team’s revenues consists of the money paid by sponsors in
exchange of the right to associate their brands with the team. In exchange of their
involvment, sponsors expect to develop their image capital. But the relationship with the
sponsors can deteriorate if doping cases in the teams are confirmed and made public. In
the last decade, the opinion of sponsors was divided between radical organizations and
supporting ones. Some sponsors have withdrawn their support as a result of doping cases,
while others considered that doping did not have a negative impact on their sponsoring
goals, so they continued to help cycling teams. This paper, written as a case study, analyses
the possible influences of doping cases upon the relationship between sponsor and cycling
teams, combining them with the marketing tools that teams can use if managerial
intervention is needed for revolutioning the image.

Informal physical education aspects. Educational-Instructive variations
Although formal education is critical in the formation and development of youths’
personality, it is not the only formative activity available. Other educational influences
include non formal and informal learning that may be in concordance or discordance with
the education received in school.
Through physical education we can contribute to the discovery and apprehension of
various options for spending and organizing leisure time, to identify and cultivate youths’
interests in the optimum mix of interests, abilities, talents, and also finding ways of
exercising and developing them.
